RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Gustav Adolph Denecamp III and Sandra Lee Denecamp)
BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City
of National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
for the following instrument conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED from Gustav Adolph Denecamp III and
Sandra Lee Denecamp dated December 27, 1972.

No. 283, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 9, 1878,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 70 distant thereon South 71°28'00'
West, 648.95 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 70; thence North 00°01'00" West
Parallel with the East line of said Lot 70 and along the Westerly line of Sunny Knoll,
according to Map thereof No. 2431, on file in the office of the County Recorder of said
San Diego County, a distance of 161.03 feet; thence South 80°29'34" West, 50.70 feet to
a point on a line that is parallel with and distant 50.00 feet measured at right angles
to the Westerly line of said Sunny Knoll; thence Southerly along said parallel line to
the Southerly line of said Lot 70; thence North 71°28'00" East along said Southerly line,
52.74 feet to the Point of Beginning.

DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC
STREET PURPOSES
(Division Street)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, that the following described
property be and is hereby dedicated for public street purposes:
The Southerly 40.00 feet, measured at right
angles to the Southerly line, of the follow-
ing described parcel of land: That portion
of Lot 70 of a portion of the Ex -Mission

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County.
