DEDICATION OF CITY. OWNED. PROPERTY.
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
(A Portion of Highland Avenue and a Portion of 1.8th Street)
WHEREAS, .the. City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desiresthat
said property be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council
of the City of National City, that th.e following described
property be and is herebydedicated for public street purposes:
The Westerly 40 feet of the Southerly 24.2 feet
and the Southerly 40 feet of the Easterly 109
feet of the. Westerly 149 feet of 20 Acre Lot 1,
Quarter Section 133, Rancho de la Nacion in the.
City of National City, County of San Diego,
State of California according to the Map thereof
No. 166 by Morrill, on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11,
1869.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that th.e above described.
parcel of land shall henceforth beknown as "Highland Avenue
and 1.8th Street."
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County.
