RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
for the following instrument conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED from Charles E. Eubanks dated September
20, 1972.

That portion of the We erly Half of the Northwest Quarter of 40
Acre Lot 1, Quarter Section 1.34 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to
Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill, filed in the office of the County Recor-
der, described as follows:
Beginning at a point en the Westerly line of said 40 Acre Lot 1
which is 205.00 feet Southerly from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot,
said point of beginning being the Southwesterly corner of land described
in deed to W. R. Polk, et us, dated November 13, 1923, and recorded in
Book 961, Page 348 of Deeds; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of
said Poik's Land, 165.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence
Northerly along the Easterly line of said land, 40.00 feet to the South-
westerly corner of land described in deed to Charles C. Scott dated March
20, 1888 and recorded in Book 121, Page 284 of Deeds; thence Easterly
along the. Southerly line of Scott's land, 165.00 feet to the Southeasterly
corner thereof, being a point on the Easterly line of the Westerly half
of said Northwest Quarter; thence Southerly along said FFasterly line 105.00
feet; thence Westerly on a line parallel with the Northerly line of said
40 Acre Lot 1, a distance of 15 feet; thence Northwesterly parallel with
the Easterly line of the westerly Half of said Northwest Quarter a dis-
tance of 52.5 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence Westerly along
a line parallel with the Northerly line of said 40 Acre Lot 1, a distance
of 4.87 feet; thence Northeasterly .along the arc of a 35 foot radius curve,
concave Easterly, a distance of 17.14 feet, through a central angle of
28°03'39" to a point on a parallel line 15 feet Westerly of the Easterly
line of the Westerly Half of said Northwest Quarter; thence Southeasterly
parallel with the Easterly line of the Westerly Half of said Northwest
Quarter a distance of 16,26 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
