HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 10,901RESOLUTION NO. 10,901 RESOLUTION :GRANTING A LIMITED COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1077 (No. 47 - Intercontinental Cinemas Corporation) The City Council of the City of National City, California, does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on May 22, 1972, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owners of the real property more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be granted a Limited Commercial Planned Development Permit upon the conditions hereinafter stated. 2. That the City Council has received the recommen- dation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Limited Commercial Planned Development Permit upon the following terms and conditions: a. Development shall be in accordance with plans on file in the Planning Department, and use shall be pursuant to the issuance of a conditional use permit. b. Allconstruction shall comply with applicable provisions of the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code. c. Signs shall be installed pursuant to the requirements set forth in Section 12-2,. Ordinance 1112. d. Detailed construction plans submitted for building permit shall include a site development plan prepared in accordance with Site Development Plan Check List, Planning Department, City of National City. e. Structure height shall not exceed 35 feet. f. Off-street parking shall be provided and maintained as set forth in Conditional Use Permit No. 1972-1. No. 10,901 EXHIBIT "A" That portion of the Northeast Quarter of Quarter Section 106 of Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of National City, .County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North- westerly 460.00 feet of said Quarter Section 106; thence South 71°13'58" West 55.00 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of said Northwesterly 460.00 feet; thence continuing South 71°13'58" West 236.31 feet along the aforementioned South- easterly line of the Northwesterly 460.00 feet to an intersection with the Easterly line of Harbison Avenue, 80.00 feet wide; thence South 18°28'35" East along said Easterly line 70.90 feet; thence North 71°30'48" East 100.00 feet; thence South 18°29.'12" East 74.32 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 18°29'12" West 74.32 feet and South 71°30'48" West 100.00 feet to said Easterly line of Harbison Avenue; thence along said Easterly line South 18°28'35" East 37.00 feet; thence North 71°30'.48" East 191.32 feet to an intersection with a line that is parallel with and distant 30.00. feet at right angles from the Northeasterly line of said Quarter Section 106; thence along said parallel line North 18°29.'12". West 65.09 feet; thence South 71°30'48" West 161.32.feet to the true point of beginning.
