HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 10,699RESOLUTION NO. 10,699 RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL FACILITY USE PERMIT WHICH AUTHORIZES THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO THE NATIONAL COMMUNITY RODEO ASSOCIATION, INC. BE IT RESOLVED that the National City Community Rodeo Association, Inc. is authorized to dispense alcoholic beverages in the Hart Field under the following terms and conditions: 1. The sale of alcoholic beverages shall occur Saturday, September 9, 1972, between 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., and Sunday, September 10, 1972, between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.. 2. The event for which this permit is granted is the Fifth Annual Rodeo presented by the National City Community Rodeo Association, Inc.. 3. The National City Community Rodeo Association, Inc. shall make appropriate security arrangements through the National City Police Department. 4. The National City Community Rodeo Association, Inc. shall supply a Certificate of Insurance to the City Manager of National City 5 days prior to the schedule event which certificates evidence the existence of public liability and property damage insurance in amount of at least $100,000.00 for a single occurance and $300,000.00 for multiple occurances. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit herein granted is revocable without notice for violation of the terms stated herein.. ATTEST: PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1972.
