Operators on hoists with three (3) drums shall receive fifteen cents (15c) per hour additional pay to the regular rate of pay. For each additional drum, he shall receive an additional fifteen ants (15c) per hour. The additional pay shall be added to the regular rate and become the base rate fur the entire shift.
