DEDICATION OFCITY
PURPOSES
ITYT WNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC
(17th Street)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain propertY situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, that the following described
propertY be and is hereby dedicated for public street purposes:
The Southerly 20 feet of Lot 221, Lincoln Acres
Annex Number 2, according to the Map thereof
Number 1748, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County, February 7,
1923.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described
parcels of land shall henceforth be known as 17th Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1972.
