Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 10,590RESOLUTION NO. 10,590 RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT (Sewer Relocation Freeway 805, Specification No. 753) WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National City did in open session, on the 16th of February, 1972,. publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and improvement described in Speci- fication No. 753 for the construction of Sewer Relocation Freeway 805. NOW, THEREFORE, it is herebyresolved that the City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder to wit:. V. E. POSEY at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1972. ATTEST:
