Baker, 1332 East Twenty -Fourth Street) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that a Covenant granted to the City of National City by Charles F. Baker affecting property at 1332 East Twenty Fourth Street is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record the same. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1972. BAKER, husband and wife as joint tenants, herein- after referred to as "OWNERS". WHEREAS, PATRICIA A. BAKER and CHARLES F. BAKER are the owners of that certain real property located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: Westerly 66' of the easterly 150' of the Northerly half of the Northerly half of the easterly half of the northwest quarter of forty -acre lot one in quarter section 134 of Rancho de la Nacion, National City. WHEREAS, said owners desire to be excused from the legal requirement to install curb and gutter at 1332 E. 24th Street; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of .a deferral to install said improvements by the City Council of the City of National City, said owners covenant for themselves and their heirs, successors, assigns, executors and adminis- trators as follows: 1. The filing with the Planning Department of the City of National City of a covenant running with the land pro- viding: a. The property owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under a 1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City. b. The property owner will install said improve- ments in conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area whether initiated by the property owners of the City.
