RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE
AND CLOSE ALLEY BETWEEN HARRISON AND CLEVELAND
AVENUES, 20TH TO 21ST STREET
(Reliance Steel and Aluminum Company)
The City Council of the City of National City,
California, hereby declares its intentions to vacate and close,
pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the
Streets and Highways Code of California, an alley between
Harbison and Cleveland Avenues, 20th to 21st Streets, situated
in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California more particularly described in Exhibit "A" a=tached
hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full.
Time for hearing any and all persons interested in
or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 8:00 p.m.,
May 2, 1972, in the City Council Chambers in the Civic Center in
the City of National City, California.
The City Engineer of the City of National City,
California, is hereby directed to post notice of thepassage of
this Resolution and the time and place of hearing in accordance
with law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1972.

EXHIBIT "A"
The Alley in Block 277 of National City according to
the Map thereof No. 348 filed in the office of the
Recorder of said San Diego County on October 2, 1882,
lying between the Southerly line of 20th Street and
the Northerly line of 21st Street;
RESERVING AN EASEMENT for sewer purposes over, under,
along and across the Westerly 10 feet of the Easterly
15 feet of said alley.
