RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Delta Park Investors, Eta Street)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
for the following instruments conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED from DELTA PARK INVESTORS dated
February 23, 1972.
GRANT DEED from DELTA PARK INVESTORS dated
February 23, 1972.
