City of National City that a Covenant granted to the City of National City by Harold J. and Jeanece Varndell affecting property at 1318 "K" Avenue is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record the same. CI Tv National Avenue National City, Calif. 92050 COVENANT RUNNING WITH LAND THIS COVENANT is made by HAROLD J. and JEANECE VARNDELL, husband and wife as joint tenants, hereinafter 'referred to as "OWNERS". WHEREAS, HAROLD J. and JEANECE VARNDELL are the owners of that certain real property located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: South l0' of lot 18 and North 40' of lot 19, Evans heights #2, Map 2494. WHEREAS, said owners desire to be e cused from the 4\1 CKi � legal requirement to install -skbt 1318 " " Aver e; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of a deferral to install said improvements by the City Council of the City of National City, said owners covenant for them- selves and their heirs, successors, assigns, executors and administrators as follows: 1. The filing with the Planning Department of the City of National City of a covenant running with the land pro- viding: a. The property owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under a 1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City. b. The property owner will install said im- provements in conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the 'F City.
