RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Michael A. and Ruth Walters)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
EASEMENT from MICHAEL A. WALTERS and RUTH
WALTERS, dated September 3, 1971.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November,
1971.

For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
MICHAEL A. WALTERS and RUTH WALTERS, husband and wife,
hereby grants to City of National City an easement for sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment
purposes over and across that certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
• That portion of Lincoln Acres Annex, according to Map thereof No.
1745, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
January 3, 1923, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of that land described in deed
to Joe B. Stetson et ux recorded January 11, 1966 as File No. 5781;
thence N.53°43'13"W., 12'4.45 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
N.24°51'23"E., 12.20 feet; thence N.45°55'41"E., 89.30 feet to the
Westerly line of land described in deed to Glen Worland Hill, et ux,
recorded April,1943, in Book 1477, page 371 of Official Records;
thence along said Westerly line, N.53°43'37"W., 10.14 feet; thence
-leaving said Westerly line, S.45°55'41" W., 89.46 feet; thence
S.24°51'23uW., 12.04 feet o the Easterly line of said Stetson's land;
thence along said Easterly line, S.53°43'13"E., 10.20 feet to the TRUE
'POINT OINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 1,015 square feet, more or. less.
The bearings and distances used in the above description are on
CaliforniaCoordinate System, Zone 6. Multiply all
the distances 1 ° t -�nces used
resin the above description by 0.9999330 to obtain ground level distances.
This grunt is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava-
tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment facilities, together
with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over and along said easement and to deposit tools,
implements, and other materials thereon.
