RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLING OF CLAIM

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the City
of National City pay the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($150.00) to DEAN R. ELNESS as full and complete satisfaction
of his rights under Superior Court action No. 302419.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1971.
