RESOLUTION NO . 10,380
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT. TO GRANT.
RIGHT OF ENTRY TO COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego is construct-
ing street improvements on a public roadway in the City. of
National City commonly known as 30th Street, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City
of National City to grant to the County of San Diego per-
mission to enter on various public lands ownedby the City
of National City for the purpose of said construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City that the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the County of San
Diego granting the said County the 'right to enterupon prop-
erty described in said Agreement known as Parcel 69316 ac-
cording to plans No. 778-2 on file in the office of. the
County Engineer of said County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
directed to attest to said Agreement.

The COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, a Political Subdivision of the State of California
hereinafter called "COUNTY", and the undersigned CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, here-
inafter called "OWNER", hereby agree as follows:
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, said COUNTY proposes to improve 30th Street from I Avenue to a point
300 feet East of Prospect Street; and
WHEREAS, said OWNER is the owner of property shown on the attached plat as
Parcel 69316; and
WHEREAS, the said COUNTY, its contractors or agents wishes to enter upon the
property of the said OWNER for the purpose of constructing said 30th Street
according to plans entitled Road Survey No. 778-2 on file in the Office of the
County Engineer of the said County, which plans have been shown to the undersigned;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said OWNER hereby grants peiiiiission to said COUNTY, its
contractors or agents, to enter upon the above described property to complete
the construction of the above project entitled Road Survey 778-2.
The undersigned agree for themselves and successors in interest that this
Right of Entry shall be irrevocable except that after July 1, 1972, this Right
shall be subject to revocation upon thirty days' written notice to the COUNTY.
