HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 10,381RESOLUTION NO. 10,381 RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT .SPLIT AT 2024. GRANGER AVENUE. - VACANT LOT ON LA SIESTA WAY (L. V.. Qualey) BE .IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the recommendation of the Planning Commission of National City regarding the lot split at 2024 Granger Avenue - Vacant Lot on La Siesta Way beapproved, and a covenant and agreement be recorded, waiving any protest right in future street improvement assessment proceedings and requiring owner to install said improvements in con- junction with an overall improvement program of the area whether initated by the property owners or the City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval of the proposed lot split is conditioned upon the following: 1. The filing with the Planning Department of the City of National City of a covenant running with the land, providing: a. The property owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under a 1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City; and b. The property owner will install said im- provements in conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City. 2. That the applicant first install curb, gutter, and sidewalk along the street frontage on La Siesta Way in accordance with the requirements of the City Engineer. 3. That the applicant first pay sanitary sewer connection fees in the amount of Five. Hundred Forty -Six Dol- lars '($546.00) as determined by the Department of Building and Housing, but that the lateral installation not be required until improvement plans have been prepared.
