HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 10,404RESOLUTION NO. 10,404 RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL FACILITY USE PERMIT WHICH AUTHORIZES THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO THE SOUTH BAY PLAZA MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bay Plaza Merchants Association is authorized to dispense alcoholic beverages in the Kimball Park Community Building under the following terms and conditions: 1. The sale of alcoholic beverages shall occur between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on July 23, 1971. 2. The event for which this permit is granted is a farewell reception for Chuck Terrell. 3. The South Bay Plaza Merchants Association shall make appropriate security arrangements through the National City Police Department. 4. The South Bay Plaza Merchants Association shall pay rental fee of $15 for the use of the public premises. 5. The South Bay Plaza Merchants Association shall supply a Certificate of Insurance to the City Manager of National City 5 days prior to the scheduled event which certificates evidence the existence of public liability and property damage insurance in amounts of at least $100,0.00.00 for a single occurance and $300,000.00 for multiple occurances. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit herein granted is revocable without notice for violation of the terms stated herein. ATTEST: PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1971.
