RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Plaza Manor Associates,
North of Plaza East of Euclid)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate bf Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED from PLAZA MANOR ASSOCIATES, a
Limited Partnership, dated July 23, 1971.

for sewer mains and appurtenances over, under, along and across
the following described real property in the City of National City
county of San Diego , state of California: Said EASEMENT shall be 10 feet
in width; the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of the Southerly 179 feet of
the East -Half of the Northwest Quarter of Quarter.Section 106 of the
Rancho de la Nacion according to the Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill
filed in the office of the Recorder of said • San Diego County on May 11,
1869, which is 42 feet Easterly, parallel with the Southerly line of said
East Half, from the Westerly line of said East Half; thence Northerly
parallel with the Westerly line of said East Half of the Northwest
Quarter 466.50 feet; thence Northeasterly through a deflection angle of
48° 23' 00" to the right a distance of 23.50 feet, more or less, to the
center line of that easement to the City of National City recorded
April 12, 1947 in Book 2371 at Page 364 of Official Records of said
San Diego County.
