RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF. OPTION
TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
(Alastuey, Euclid at 13th Street)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that the Mayor be authorized to execute
that certain option to purchase real property between the
City of National City and Joaquin Alastuey and Juanita
Alastuey, a copy of which is attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Finance
Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant
in the amount of $20,900 plus escrow fees as required, to
cover the cost of this transaction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1971.
