HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 10,452RESOLUTION NO. 10,452 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF OPTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the Mayor be authorized to execute that certain option to purchase real property between the City of National City and Robert A. and Louise M. Thompson, a copy of which is attached. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Finance Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant in the amount of $16,500.00 plus escrow fees as required, to cover the cost of this transaction.
