DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
(A portion of Division Street)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the. City of National
City, County. of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council
of the City of National City, that that certain real property
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein
as if fully set forth, be and hereby are dedicated for public
street purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described
contiguous parcels of land shall henceforth be known as
"DIVISION STREET".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this res-
olution to be recorded in the office of the County. Recorder of
San Diego County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 1971.

The Northwesterly 20,00 feet of the Southeasterly 40.00 feet of that por-
tion of Lot 70 of a portion of the Ex -Mission Lands of San Diego (commonly
known as Horton's Purchase) in the City of National City, County. of San
Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof No. 283, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 9, 1878,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 70, distant thereon
South 71°28'00" West, 1033.63 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot, said Point of Commencement being in the Southerly extension of the
Westerly line of the portion of said Lot conveyed to Giovanni Nonzetta and
wife by deed dated September 26, 1941 and recorded in Book 1252, Page 185
of Official. Record;,; thence North along said Southerly extension and said
Westerly line of land so described 31.64 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;'
thence retracing South 31.64 feet to said Southerly line of Lot 70; thence
North 71°28'00" East along said Southerly line 226.49 feet to the South-
westerly corner of land conveyed to L. E. Findahl and wife by deed dated
April 23, 1953 and recorded in Book 4851, Page 8 of Official Records.; ,thence
North 00°01'00" West along the West line of said Findahls land'360.16 feet
to the Northwesterly corner thereof at a point on the Easterly prolongation
of the North line of land conveyed to C. W. Arnold by, deed .dated June 19, .
1925, recorded in Book 1089, Page 442 of Deeds; thence West along said pro-
longation 214.71 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Arnolds land;
thence West along the North line of said Arnolds land 134.28 feet; thence
South 18°32'00" East, 422.45 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying Southwesterly of a line'and the South-
easterly prolongation thereof, which is parallel with and 100.00 feet North -
a easterly at right angles to that course above described as "South 18°3.2'00"
East, 422.45 feet".

February 14, 1955 in Book 5531, Page 390 of Official Records, with the
Southerly line of said Lot 70; thence North 00°01'00" West, along said
Southerly prolongation 20.00 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly cor-
ner of said Nonzeta's land; being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North
00°01'00" West along the Easterly line thereof 340.16 feet, more or less,
to the Northeasterly corner of said Nonzeta's land; thence Westerly along
the Northerly line thereof 100.00 feet; thence South 00°o1'00" East, 143.00
feet; thence Southeasterly in a straight line 209.00 feet, more or less, to
the intersection with the Southerly line of sLid Nonzeta's land, distant thereon
South 71°28'00" West, 15.0G feet from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North
