NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that .the City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects. all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvements. to the lowest regular responsible bidder to wit: A. B. C. PAVING COMPANY, INC. at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City.. PASSED AND ADOPTED. this 2nd day of February, 1.971.
