DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
(35th Street)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be directed for public street purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, that the folloring described
property be and is hereby dedicated for public street purposes:
Parcel 1
All that portion of Lot 8 of Southland Indus-
trial Park Unit No. 2 in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, according
to the Map thereof No. 6363 filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 15, 1969,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8;
thence along the Southerly line of said Lot 8 South 71°
48'15" West 125.79 feet to the beginning of a tangent
20 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly, said point
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Westerly
along the arc of said curve 14.45 feet through a cen-
tral angle of 41°24'35" to the beginning of a reverse
60 foot radius curve concave Southerly; thence West-
erly along the arc of said curve 93.83 feet through
a central angle of 89°35'55" to an intersection with
the Southerly line of said Lot 8; thence along said
Southerly line North 71°48'15" East 97.64 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Parcel 2
All that portion of Lot 19 of Southland Industrial
Park Unit No. 2 in the City of National City, County
of San Diego, 'State of California according to the
Map thereof No. 6363 filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, May 15, 1969, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 19;
thence along the Northerly line of said Lot, South
71°48'15" West 107.36 feet to the beginning of a tan-
gent 20 foot radius curve concave Southeasterly, said
point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South-
westerly along the arc of said curve 14.45 feet
through a central angle of 41°24'35" to the beginning
of a reverse 60 foot radius curve concave Northerly;
thence along the arc of said curve 93.83' through a
central angle of 89 35'55" to an intersection with
the Northwest corner of said Lot 19; thence along
the Northerly line of said Lot 19 North 71°48'15"
East 97.64 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described
parcel of land shall henceforth be known as 35th Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County.
