RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Alderson and Sarn)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instruments conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
EASEMENT from OLIVIA S. ALDERSON and GARLAND R.
ALDERSON,dated January 15,1970.
QUITCLAIM DEED from JANICE D. SARN, dated
January 27, 1.970.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February,
1970.

For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
We, OLIVIA S. ALDERSON and GARLAND R. ALDERSON, Wife and Husband
hereby grants to City of National City an easement for sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment
purposes over and across that certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of Son
Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lincoln Acres Annex, according to Map thereof No.
1745, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
January 3, 1923, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of that land described in deed
to Glen Worland Hill, et ux, recorded April 8, 1943, in Book 1477, page
371 of Official Records; thence along the Easterly line of said Hill's
land, N.53°43'08"W., 99.91 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
leaving said Easterly line, N.14°18'06"E., 107.95 feet to the Westerly
line of land described in deed to Leslie P. Christensen, et ux, recorded
July 20, 1946, as Instrument No. 77990 of Official Records; thence along
said Westerly line N.53°45'35"W., 10.78 feet; thence leaving said West-
erly line S.14°18'06"W., 107.95 feet to said Easterly line; thence along
said Easterly line, S.53°43'08"E., 10.78 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing 1,079 square feet, more or less.
The bearings and distances used in the above description are on
the California Coordinate System, Zone 6. Multiply all distances used
in the above description by 0.9999830 to obtain ground level distances.
This grant is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava-
tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment facilities, together
with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over and along said easement and to deposit tools,
implements, and other materials thereon.
