HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 10,047RESOLUTION NO. 10.047— RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORDER TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF 35TH STREET IN SOUTHLAND INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2 WHEREAS,,, on February 24, 1970, a hearing was had pursuant to Resolution No. 10,0;22 to determine whether the street more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full, should be vacated, and WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing, found, from all evidence submitted, that said street is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are respect- fully authorized and directed to execute and attest an Order of Vacation of the above -described street. 2.. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of subject order to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, pursuant to Section 8324, California Streets and Highways Code. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February 1970.
