Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 10,073RESOLUTION NO. 10,073 RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT (Rancho Hills Storm Drainage, Specification No. 755) WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National City did in open session, on the 1st day of April, 1970 publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and improvement described in Speci- fication 752 for the construction of Rancho Hills Storm Drainage system. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder to wit: T. B. PENICK & SONS at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1970. ATTEST:
