Odell) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk ishereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance on the following instrument conveying an interest in or easement upon real estate to. the City of National City. EASEMENT from JOHN S. ODELL and JEAN C. ODELL, dated March 10,1970. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, .1970. ATTEST: EM3GI`a1CI'I N.C. Res. No. 10,079 11-SD-•305-10.4 R/W 16732 -2 For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, JOHN S. ODELL AND JEAN C. ODELL hereby grants to City of National City an easement for sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment purposes over cnd across that certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows: An easement for sewer purposes in and to that portion of land de- scribed in a deed to John S. Odell, et ux, recorded October 21, 1963, and . filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County under File No. 188644, over and across 80 Acre Lot 1 in Quarter. Section 129 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to the Map thereof No. 166, made by Morrill filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, May 11, 1869, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of that land described in deed to Nellie Fuller, recorded June 14, 1962 as File No. 101751; thence along, the Northerly line of said Fuller land, S.72°07'50"W., 25.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said Northerly line, N.17°53'05'W., 10.00 feet; thence along a line parallel to. the Northerly line of said Fuller land, S.72°07'50"W., 150.00 feet; thence along a. tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 101.09 feet, through an angle of 25°42'00", a distance of 45.35 feet to the Northerly line of said Fuller land; thence along said Northerly line N.72°07'50"E., 193.85 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.04 acre, more or less. The bearings and distances used in the above description are on the California Coordinate System, Zone 6. Multiply all distances used in the above description by 0.999983 to obtain ground level distances. This grant is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava- tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment facilities, together with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over and along said easement and to deposit tools, implements, and other materials thereon.
