RESOLUTION GRANTING A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 107.7
(R-4-PD Zone to Gerry L. Corpu.z,.to-
Move Building from 1939 E. 24th St.
to 2910 E. 16th St. National City)
The City Council of the City of National City
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
At a regular meeting of the City Planning Com-
mission on April 8,.1970, said Commission unanimously adopted
a recommendation that the owner of the real property known as
the Westerly 65 feet of Lot 212 Lincoln Acres Annexation #2,
Map No. 1748, on file with .the National City Planning Depart-
ment, be granted a Residential Planned Development Permit
upon the conditions hereinafter stated.
2.. That the City Council has received the.r.ecom-
mendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and
complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants
a Residential Planned Development Permit to move a single
family dwelling from 1939 E. 24th Street, National City to
29.10 E. 16th Street, National City (R-R-P-D Zone) subject to
the applicant's compliance with the following conditions
within a period of time not to exceed ninety (9.0) days from
date of occupancy of the move -on dwelling unless otherwise
provided for in conditions:
a. Complete compliance with nine (9) conditions
as set forth in the report of the director of Building and
Housing, dated April 2,,1970,Attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein as if fully set forth by reference.
b. The exterior surface of the move -on structure
tobe completely repainted.
c. Prior to occupancy, the applicant shall .install
four improved off-street parking sites (9.' x 20'.) location of
which shall be approved by the Planning Department.
d. Existing driveway shall be put to safe grade
and improved as required by Ordinance No. 962..
e. Front yard s.etaek area, excluding driveway,
shall be landscaped.
f. All dilapidated or unsightly fencing shall be
removed and/or replaced.
g. The exterior surface of all existingstructures
shall be repained harmoniously with that of the move -on struct-
ure.
h. If for any reason the conditions as set forth
hereinabove are not complied with within the specified
period of time, continued use of .the property may be considered
a public nuisance.
