HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 10,154RESOLUTION NO. 10,154 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED TO BANNISTER STEEL, INCORPORATED BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oE the City of National City, California as follows: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest that certain Corporation Quitclaim Deed whereby the City of National City grants to BANNISTER STEEL, INCORPORATED the property more fully described in said Corporation Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference.
