RESOLUTION- GRANTING A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 1017

The City Council of the City of National

California noes hereby find, determine, order and resolve
as follows:
I. At a continued meeting, of the City Planning
Commission on October 5, 1976, said Commission unanimously
adopted a recommendation that the owner of the real prop-
erty at 2115 E. 5th Street and more fully described below,
be granted a Residential Planned Development Permit upon
the conditions hereinafter stated:
The Easterly 55 feet of the West 110 feet of an
even width of all that portion of the South East Quarter
of Quarter Section 130 Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of
National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the Map thereof No. 166 filed in the office
of the County Recorder May 11, 186, Etc.
2. That the City Council has received the recom-
mendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and
complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants
a Residential Planned Development Permit to construct a
two -bedroom single family dwelling (552 square feet) to the
rear of the existing single family dwelling at 9115 E. 5th
Street, which is located within a Residential Planned Develop-
ment Zone, subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. Sidewalks, curbs and gutt shall be installed
along, the property frontage on 5th Street in accordance with
the specifications of the Engineering Department, City of
National City.
b. One improved off-street parking space (9'20°)
shall be provided within the front yard setback, but no
closer than four feet from the front property line, and two
feet from the main structure.
