SUSPENSION OF BUILDING PERMITS
EAST OF 805 FROM NORTH TO SOUTH BOUNDARIES
OF CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City that the issuance of building permits be sus-
pended East of 805 from North to South Boundaries of City of
National City for 60 days pending a study of the area by the
City Planning Commission to protect the future health and
welfare of the surrounding area. Provided that, upon recom-
mendation of the Planning Commission, the City Council may
authorize the issuance of a building permit in the prohibited
zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of November, 1970.
