RESOLUTION. AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT. DEEDS
TO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
(Parcels 14-3, 20-.1 & 20-6)
BE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council of the City
of National City, California as follows.:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed toexecute and .attest .that certain Grant Deeds
whereby. the City of National City grants. to REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY. of the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY. the property more fully
described in said Grant Deeds,, copies of which are attached
hereto and are hereby incorporated by reference.

All of Blocks 103 and 104 of National City, in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 348,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of -San Diego County, October 2,
1882, TOGETHER WITH the alleys in said Blocks, the Westerly Half of Coolidge
Avenue (formerly Third Avenue) Twenty -Fifth Street, Harding Avenue (formerly
Fourth Avenue) and the Northerly 40.00 feet of Twenty-sixth Street, all vacated
and closed to public use; AND ALSO Lots 13 through 22 inclusive, in Block 153
and Lots 13 through 22 inclusive, in Block 154 of said National City, together
with those portions of Twenty-fifth Street and of the Northerly 40.00 feet of

That portion of Block 156 and the alley in said Block and of Lot 13 in Block
165 of National City, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof No. 348, filed -in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, October 2, 1882; TOGETHER WITH portions
of the Streets adjacent thereto as said Alley and Streets were vacated and
closed to public use, being described as a whole as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the center line of 27th Street with a line
which is parallel with and 80.00 feet Northeasterly measured at right angles to
the Northwesterly prolongation of the alley in said Block 165; thence North
easterly along the center line of said 27th Street a -distance of 218.75 feet to
the TRUE POINT_OF BEGINNING: thence Southeasterly parallel with the center line

curve concave Southeasterly; thence Northerly and Easterly along the arc of said

feet to the point of tangency with a line parallel with and 30.00 feet South-
easterly measured at right angles to the Northerly line of said Bahia Vista; thence

to Map No. 1815) 981.20 feet to the beginning of a 35.00 foot radius curve concave
Southwesterly; thence Easterly along the arc of said 35.00 foot radius curve through
a central angle of 40°07'09 a distance of 24.51 feet to a point of tangency with
-a 50.00 foot radius reverse curve concave Northerly, the center of which is the
point of beginning hereinbefore described; thence Southerly and Easterly along
the arc of said 50.00 foot radius curve through a central angle of 40°09'09" a
