Recorder of said San Diego County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section 134; thence North 71° East
along the center line of 24th Street and along the Northerly line of said Quarter Sec-
tion 660 feet; thence South 19° East along the center line of 'IJ" Street (Avenue) 330
feet to the True Point of Beginning, being also the Northeasterly corner of a parcel of
