DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
(A portion of Harbison)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be dedicated for public street purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, that the following described
property be and hereby is dedicated for public street pur-
poses:
That portion of the Northerly 55 feet of Lot 9,
RANCHO HILLS UNIT No. 1 according to Map thereof No. 2366
filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, November 8, 1946, said distance being measured along
the Easterly line of said lot; lying Westerly of a line de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
Harbison Avenue with the North line of Rancho Hills Unit 1,
being also the Southeasterly corner of William's Manor No. 4,
according to the Map thereof No. 3550 filed in the Office of the
Recorder of said San Diego County, November 26, 1956; thence
Northwesterly along said center line of said Harbison Avenue
a distance of 17.58 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles
to said center line a distance of 40 feet to the Easterly line
of said Harbison Avenue and the True Point of Beginning; thence
Southwesterly and Southeasterly along the arc of a circular
curve concave Easterly having a radius of 370.77 feet through
a central angle of 240 32'.
All that portion of the Southerly 77 feet of the
Northerly 132 feet of Lot 9, of Rancho Hills Unit 1, in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the Map thereof No. 2366, filed in the office of
the County Recorder November 8, 1946, said distances being
measured along the Easterly line of said lot; lying Westerly of
a line described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Harbison
Avenue with the North line of Said Rancho Hills Unit 1, being
also the Southeasterly corner of William's Manor No. 4 ac-
cording to the Map thereof No. 3550 filed in the Office of the
Recorder of said_ San Diego County, November 26, 1956; thence
Northwesterly along said center line of said Harbison Avenue
a distance of.17.58 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles
to said center line a dis tance of 40 feet to the Easterly line
of said Harbison Avenue and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
Southwesterly and Southeasterly along the arc of a circular
curve concave Easterly, having a radius of 370.77 feet through
a central, angle of 24° 32'.
All that portion of Lot 43 of Rancho Hills Unit 2,
according to the Map thereof No. 2389 filed in the Office of
the Recorddr of said San Diego County March 31, 1947, lying
Easterly of a line described as follows: Beginning at the
intersection of the center line of Harbison Avenue with the
North line of Rancho Hills Unit 1 according to the Map thereof
No. 2366 filed in the office of the Recorder of said San
Diego County November 8, 1946, being also the Southeasterly
corner of William's Manor No. 4, according to the Map thereof
No. 3550 filed in the Office of the Recorder of said San Diego
County, November 26, 1956; thence Northwesterly along said
center line of said Harbison Avenue a distance of 17.58 feet;
thence Southwesterly at right angles to said center line a
distance of 40 feet to the Westerly line of said Harbison
Avenue and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Southwesterly
and Southeasterly along the arc of a circular curve concave
Easterly having a radius of 229.23 feet through a central
angle of 24° 32'.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described
parcels of land shall henceforth be known as Harbison Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is here-
by authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County.
