RESOLUTION NO. 9964 RESOLUTION AUNHGRANTNG DEEDSSALE THEREOF TOTHEPROPERTY TATEAND OF CALIFORNIA CORPORATION BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: That said Council hereby authorizes the sale of City -Owned real property to the State of California for the construction of Interstate Highway 805 for the sums and according to the terms set forth in those Right of Way Contracts - State Highway, Document Nos. 16823-1 and -2, 16844, 16787-1,-2, and -3; and 16768-1,-2 and -3 and that the City Manager of the City of National City is hereby authorized to execute said Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the City of National City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest those certain Corporation Grant Deeds Nos. 16823-1 and -2, 16844, 16787-1,-2 and -3, and 16768-1 and -3, whereby the City of National City grants to the State of California, the property more fully described in said deeds, copies of which are attached hereto and are hereby incorporated by reference.
