Johnson) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance for the following instruments conveying an interest in or easement upon real estate to City of National City: EASEMENT from GEORGE AND BERDIE LOUISE NEINAST, dated October 8, 1969. This grant is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava- tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment facilities, together with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over and along said easement and to deposit tools, implements, and other materials thereon.
