Stetson - Euclid Slope) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance for the following instrument conveying an interest in or easement upon real estate to City of National: EASEMENT from JOE B. STETSON, A Widower, hereby grants to City of National City an easement for sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment purposes over and across that certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows: That portion of Lot 158 of Lincoln Acres Annex, according to Map thereof No. 1745, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego, January 3, 1923, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of that land described in deed to Josie N. Morris, et al, recorded November 25, 1949 in Book 3397, page 395 of Official Records; thence N.53°43'19"W., 102.46 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N.24°51'23"E., 102.03 feet to the Westerly line of land described in deed to Michael A. Walters recorded May 11, 1959 in Book 7654, page 456 of Official Records; thence along said Westerly . line N.53°43'13"W., 10.20 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line, S.24'51'23"W., 102.03 feet to the Easterly line of said Morris's land; thence along said Easterly line, S.53°43'19"E., 10.20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 1,020 square feet, more or less. The bearings and distances used in the above description are on the California Coordinate System, Zone 6. Multiply all distances used in the above description by 0.9999830 to obtain ground level distances. This grant is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava- tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer and/or drainage and/or with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over implements, and other materials thereon.
