HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 9989RESOLUTION NO. 9989 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY (Euclid and Ridgeway) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: PURSUANT to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance on the following instrument conveying an interest in or easement upon real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT from PAUL MORRIS, A single man, dated October 23, 1969. No. 9989 11-SD-805-9.2 R/W 16148-3 For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, PAUL MORRIS, A Single Man hereby grants to City of National City an easement for sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment purposes over and across that certain real property situated in this' City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows: That portion of Lot 157, Lincoln Acres Annex, according to Map thereof. No. 1745, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of that land described in deed to George F. White, et.ux, recorded November 22, 1946, as Instrument No. 125440 of Official Records; thence N.53°42'46"W., 100.05 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N.36°10'00"E., 87.85 feet; thence N.24°51'23"E., 12.38 feet to the Westerly line of land described in deed to Joe B. Stetson recorded January 11, 1966, as File No. 5781; thence along said Westerly line N.53°43'19 "W., 10.20 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line S.24b51'2311W., 13.41 feet; thence S.36°10'00"W., 86.84 feet to the East- erly line of said White's land; thence along said Easterly line, S.53°42'46"E., 10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 1,003,square feet, more or less. The bearings and distances used in the above description are on the California Coordinate System, Zone 6. Multiply all distances used in the above description by 0.9999830 to obtain ground level distances. This grant is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava- n, maintenance, operation andrepair of sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment facilities, together with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over and along said easement and to deposit tools, implements, and other materials thereon.
