RESOLUTION NO. 005
RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE DE -ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
UNINHABITED LANDS FROM THE CITY OF NATIONAL
CITY WITH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SAN
DIEGO
WHEREAS, certain real property situated in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of Calif-
ornia more particularly
tached and by reference
E. Fritz, and
WHEREAS, said owner desires that the same be annexed to
the City of San Diego, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City
received the written consent of at least two-thirds of the
described in Exhibit "A" hereto at -
made a part hereof is
owned by Gilbert
owners of real property within the territory, holding at least
two-thirds in value of the real property, in the territory, to
the said de -annexation from the City of National City and the
annexation to the City of San Diego, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
National City has recommended that the City of National City
consent to said de -annexation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City as follows:
That pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 35304
of the Government Code of California, the City Council of the
City of National City does hereby consent to the detachment
of all that certain real property more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof, and to its annexation to the City of San Diego.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 1969.

EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of the North half of Lot 65 of
Horton's Purchase, filed in the office of the County Record-
er of the County of San Diego, State of California, as Map
No. 283, lying within the following described boundary:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of National
Vista No. 4, filed in the office of said County Recorder as
Map 3128, being also a point on the East line of 47th Street;
1. Thence North 0° 18' East along said East line
of 47th Street, 30.00 feet;
2. Thence South 89° 37' 50" East along the South
line of the North half of the Northwest Quarter of said Lot
65 a distance of 621.77 feet to an intersection with the East
line of said Northwest Quarter of Lot 65;
3. Thence North 0° 10' East along said East line,
332.16 feet to the Southwest corner of Bonnieview Unit No.3 ,
filed in the office of said County Recorder as Map No. 3485;
4. Thence South 89° 38' 23" East along the South
line of said Bonnieview Unit No. 3 distance of 661.07 feet
to an intersection with the East line of said Lot 65;
5. Thence South 0° 02' 30" West along said East
line, 664.14 feet to an intersection with the North line of
National Vista No. 2, filed in the office of said County
Recorder as Map No. 2759;
6. Thence North 89° 39' 05" West along said North
line, 312.54 feet to a point on the arc of a 295 foot radius
curve, concave Southwesterly, the center of which bears North
89° 39' 05" West from said point;
7. Thence, North and West along the arc of said
curve, through a central angle of 90° 00', a distance of
463.38 feet;
8. Thence tangent to said curve, North 89° 39' 05"
West, 55.94 feet along said North line of National Vista No. 2
to an intersection with the East line of said National Vista
No. 4;
9. Thence North 0° 10' East along said East
line, 7.15 feet to the Northeast corner of said National
Vista No. 4;
10. Thence North 89° 37' 50" West along the North
line of said National Vista No. 4, 621.84 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
