BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest that certain GRANT DEED whereby the City of National City grants to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, the property more fully described in said Grant Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference.
