RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(20th Street and La Siesta)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to City of National City:
GRANT DEED from Leonard J. and Marion H. Johnson,
dated December 23, 1968.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January,
1969.

Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot No..263 as shown on Map No. 1748; thence,
Northeasterly along the Southeasterly boundary of said Lot a distance of 15.00 feet, to the
True Point of Beginning; thence, continuing Northeasterly along said Southeasterly boundary
to the point of tangency of a 10.00 foot radius curve, concave Northeasterly, which is alsc
tangent to a line parallel with and 15 feet Northeasterly, measured at right angles, to the
