RESOLUTION WAIVING REQUIREMENT FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS
(2422 "M" Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that the application of Santiago E. Aragon
for deferral of the installation of sidewalks on that por-
tion of his property at: 2422 "M" Avenue is granted subject
to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall construct a retaining wall
on property line that will support the street and confine sur-
face drainage to the street right of way, prior to occupancy.
2. Due to the existing street width of 45 feet,
which does not provide for adequate on -street parking, the appli-
cant shall provide off-street parking for no less than two auto-
mobiles, with adequate ingress and egress, prior to occupancy.
3. Owner shall sign a covenant running with land
that he will not protest future 1911.act improvements, or any
other public improvements.
