RESOLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCALE
Avenue, "F" Avenue, "G" Avenue, 19th Street
21st Street, 22nd Street and an Alley
Assessment District No. 155
The City Council of the City of National City does
hereby resolve as follows:
The City Council does hereby determine and establish
that the general prevailing rate of per diem wage for each type
of craft or workman needed to execute or perform the necessary
work and improvement on "E" Avenue, "F" Avenue, "G" Avenue,
19th Street, 21st Street, 22nd Street and an Alley, Assessment
District No. 155 is in accordance with the schedule appended
hereto and described as "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rate" and
said schedule shall be embodied in the notice inviting sealed
bids and all contract documents in connection with said work
and improvements.

RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GENERAL PREVAILING RATE SCHEDULE OF PER DIEM
WAGES FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS
Supersedes Reso-ration No. 9596
WHEREAS, a study of the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and of holiday work,
including employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation and similar purposes, in
the City of National City, for each craft, classification or type of workman needed to execute
public works contracts for the City of National City, has been made, and
WHEREAS, the applicable wage rate established by collective bargaining agreements and
such rates as may have been predetermined for Federal public works within the locality and in
the nearest labor market area have thereby been ascertained, and
WHEREAS, where such rates do not constitute the rates actually prevailing in the locality,
further data from labor organizations and employers or employer associations concerned, includ-
ing the recognized collective bargaining representatives for the particular craft, classification or
type of work involved have been considered;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as
follows:
1. That, based upon the reports and recommendations made to it, the City Council ascer-
tains and determines that the prevailing rate for each craft, classification or type of workman
needed to execute public works contracts for the City of National City is as hereinafter set
forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof;
2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to cause to be published such pre-
vailing wage rate schedule one time in the National City Star -News, a newspaper published
twice a week in said City, and of general circulation;
3. That by reference to this resolution by number, the City Council may establishthe sched-
ule of prevailing rate of per diem wages for public works contracts awarded by the City Coun-
cil of the City of National City for work performed for each craft, classification, or type of work-
men needed to execute such contracts, including contracts awarded pursuant to special assessment.

4. That until such time as the determination herein made is superseded by resolution of this
Council such prevailing rate of per diem wage schedule, or so much thereof as is applicable to the
work to be performed under the particular contract, shall be included as a specification in all
City contracts hereafter awarded.
