HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 9822RESOLUTION NO. 9822 RESOLUTION GRANTING A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE. 1077 (R-4-PD Zone to Gladys M. Perry, 2904 E. l6th Street) The City Council of the City of National City does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on April 28, 1969,.said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owner of the real prop- erty known as Lot 211 Lincoln Acres Annex No. 2 according to map thereof No. 1748, on file with the National City Plan- ning Department, be granted a Residential Planned Development Permit upon the conditions hereinafter stated. 2. That the City Council has received the recom- mendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Residential Planned Development Permit to construct a sun- roof as shown on the plans submitted, subject to the follow- ing terms and conditions: a. All off-street parking to be maintained ten feet (10') in back of the front property line. (1) No portion of a parked automobile shall encroach within the public right-of-way. '(2) No vehicle shall be permitted to to park in such a manner as to block the public sidewalk. b. No portion of the structure or the sun -roof shall be constructed of galvanized metal. c. No structure, fence, wall, hedge or other architectural features shall be permitted to preclude access at all times about the main building. Gates or other suit- able openings at least three feet (3') in width shall be con- sidered as providing such .access. d. In the event that the City Council .should hereafter find and determine that the conditions as approved by .the Planned Development Permit have not been satisfied, it may declare the permit void and of no further effect.
