DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
(A portion of "G" Avenue)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, that the following described
property be and hereby is dedicated for public street pur-
poses:
All that portion of the East Half of 10 Acre
Lot 10 in Quarter Section 153, Rancho De La
Nacion, according to Map thereof No. 166 re-
corded in the office of the County recorder
of said County being more particularly describ-
ed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline
of "G" Avenue and the Southerly line of the
East Half of 10 Acre Lot 10, as shown on Map
2240, Victoria Heights; thence North 70° 51'
30" East along said Southerly line a distance
of 30 feet to the beginning of a 25 foot radius
curve, concave Southeasterly and tangent to
the Easterly line of said "G" Avenue; thence,
Northerly and Easterly along the arc of said
25 foot radius curve through a central angle
of 38° 12' 48", a distance of 16.67 feet, to
a point on a tangent 45 foot radius reverse curve,
the radius point of which bears North 70° 47'
12" West 45 feet, said radius point being also
a point on the centerline of "G" Avenue Pro-
longed Northwesterly; thence, along the arc
of said 45 foot radius reverse curve Easterly,
Northerly and Westerly, through a central angle
of 256° 25' 36", a distance of 201.39 feet, to
a point on a tangent 25 foot radius reverse
curve concave Southwesterly; thence, along the
arc of said 25 foot radius curve through a
central angle of 38° 12' 48", a distance of
16.67 feet, to a point on the Westerly line of
"G" Avenue Prolonged Northwesterly; thence,
South 19° East along said Prolongation a dis-
tance of 0.15 feet to the Southerly line of
said 10 Acre Lot 10; thence, North 70° 51' 30"
East along said Southerly line a distance of
30 feet to the Point of Beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described
parcel of land shall henceforth be known as "G" Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County.
