RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(A Portion of "I" Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an interest
in or easement upon real estate to City of National City:
GRANT DEED from JOHN E. MEN and GEORGIA C. OWEN,
dated December 9, 1968.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December,
1968.

hereby GRANT to the City of National City the following described real property in the
City of National City/ County of San Diego, State of California.
A11 of'the Westerly 79 feet of that parcel of land situate in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, being a portion of the Easterly Half of the Nor-
therly Half of the Westerly Half of 20 Acre Lot 1, Quarter Section 134, Rancho de la Nacion
in the City of National City, .County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
thereof by Morrill, No. 166, filed in the County Recorder's office of said County, describe
as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Easterly line of said Northerly Half of the Westerly Half of
said 20 Acre Lot 1, distant thereon 100 feet Northerly from the Southeasterly corner of a-
foresaid portion of said Lot 1, being the Southeast corner of a parcel of land conveyed to
Standlee McMains and wife by deed dated November 25, 1938 and recorded in Book 485 page 289
of Official Records; thence, Westerly along the Southerly line of said land 150 feet to the
Southwest corner thereof and the True'Point of Beginning; thence, continuing Westerly along
the Westerly. prolongation of said Southerly line 180 feet, more or les to the Westerly
line of aforesaid portion of said Lot 1; thence, Northerly along said Westerly line 64 feet
ore or less, to the Southwest Corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Earl R. Justice by
eed dated December 7, 1939, and recorded in Book 980, page 219 of Official Records; thence
.asterly along the Southerly line of said land 180 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly
corner of said afore -mentioned land conveyed to McMains; thence Southerly along the Wester-
ly line of said land 64 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

that Deed recorded as File/Page 192403/filed November, 1968, Series 9, Book 1968, Official
