RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
("N" Avenue Storm Drainage)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the bid of
T. B. PENICK and SONS in the amount of S17,405.27 is the
lowest bid submitted on May 15, 1968, for the "N" Avenue
Storm Drainage construction, Specification No. 733.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said bid is accepted
and that all other bids are rejected and the Mayor is auth-
ized and directed to execute the contract for said improve-
ment.
