RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Albert and Kathleen Taylor)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and
to record the following instrument conveying an interest in
or easement upon real estate to City of National City:
GRANT DEED from Albert and Kathleen Taylor,
husband and wife, dated June 21, 1968.

Nacion, according to the official map thereof No. 166 on file in the office of the Coca
ty Recorder of said County, bounded and described as follows: COI,NENC NG AT the
Southeasterly corner of said Lot 5; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot
a distance of 505' to the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Gus R, Strange by
need dated May 11, 1956, and recorded May 18, 1956, in Book 6261 at Page 442 of Official
Records, said corner being the true point of beginning; thence retracing Easterly along
the said Southerly line a distance of 170' to the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed
to Robert J.D. Gill and Patricia Joan Gill by deed dated December 18,1951, and recorded
January 11, 1952, in Book 4341 at Page 346 of Offical Records; thence Northerly parallel
with the Easterly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 210', this being the Westerly Bound-
ary of the said Gills' land, to a point in the Southerly boundary of land conveyed to
Charles H. Sweat by deed dated April 15,1937, and recorded in Book 650 at Page 24 of
Official Records, this point being the Northwesterly corner of the said Gills land; thane
Westerly along the Southerly bound�,_ry of said Swset's land, being parallel with the South
erly line of said Lot 5, a distance of 120' to the Northeasterly corner of the said
Str.ang•e's land; thence Southerly in a straight line, being the Southeasterly boundary of
the said Strange's land, to the true point. -of beginning.
