DEDICATION OF CITY O?^I["E'D PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES (A Portion of "I" Avenua ) WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner of all that certain property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particu- larly hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, that the following described property be and hereby is dedicated for public street pur- poses: All that certain real property constituting a por- tion of "I" Avenue South of 24th Street to 26th Street accepted by the City of National City pursuant to Resolution No. 9682 adopted by the City Council of National City on the 29th day of October, 1968, which said real property is more particularly described in the three Grant Deeds referred to in said Resolu- tion No. 9682 and which said description is made a part. hereof by reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described par- cels of land shall henceforth be known as a portion of "I" Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this res- olution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
