Krekelberg) BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council ofthe City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an in- terest in or easement upon real estate to City of National City: 1968. KREKELBERG hereby grants to City of National City an easement for sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment purposes over and across that certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows: The Easterly 10. feet of the following described parcel of land: All that portion of 20 acre Lot 3 in Quarter Sec. 132 of the Rancho de la Nacion in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof No. 166,filed in the office of the Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1869, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 3, distant thereon South 71° 07' 40" West (Record South 71° 00' West) 300.54 feet from the Southeasterly corner thereof as shown on Record of Survey MapNo. 2196 filed in the office of the Recorder of said San Diego County, June 3, 1949, being the Southeasterly corner of a portion of said Lot 3 conveyed to the City of National City by deed dated March 15, 1949, and recorded in Book 3170, Page 264 of Official Records; thence North 18° 43' West along the Easterly line of said National City land 106.80 feet to the Northwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Elmer J. Christman and wife by deed dated January 23, 1950, and recorded in Book 3475, Page 120 of Official Records, and the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 18° 43' West along the Easterly line of said National City's land 53.40 feet; thence North 71° 07' 40" East parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 137.78 feet; thence South 18° 42' East a distance of 53.40 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the aforesaid Christman's land; thence South 71° 07'40"West along the Northerly line thereof 137.76 feet to the -true point of beginning. This grant is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava- tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment facilities, together with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over and along said easement and to deposit tools, implements, and other. materials thereon.
